What started as a spark of passion in the fight for child rights, grew into a fully operating and successful NGO. Many of the rescues are attending High School and nearing completion; several have completed JHS and HS and are now learning a trade, and many of the initial rescued children are attending university and/or working with successful jobs in the bigger cities. In total, there have been over 600 rescues carried by the Achibras and PACODEP, with the help of the partnering organizations.

oreover, the scale of achievement can be measure in the smiles on the faces of the children in the Village of Life. But we are not yet done. The room for growth and improvement is numerous and we are working everyday with our partners to do even more in the fight against child trafficking.
