CROSS CAUSE CHARITY’ DONATES EDUCATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL MATERIALS TO PACODEP VILLAGE OF LIFE SHELTER

Good news they say always comes with great joy and indeed this could be said of the PACODEP shelter on the 13th of November 2021. On the 13th of November 2021, the PACODEP Village of Life shelter received hundreds of educational and vocational materials from ’’cross cause charity’’ Ireland.

These items included but not limited the following: books (Senior High category to the nursery level), electrical sowing machines, turbo net, chairs and tables, shirts and many more items which would amounts to thousands of several United States Dollars.
The team first paid a visit to the Executive Director Mr. George Achibra Snr at his residence and afterwards made their way to the shelter together. At the Shelter, a brief meeting was held with the children and Mr.Conor higlles and Mr.Bariou Ettope advised and encouraged the children at the shelter on the need for them to keep trusting in their potential and not focus on their past experiences, the children on their part greeted the message from our donors with great joy. Our donors toured the entire campus and shelter with the shelter Manager and the Director.
